    Privacy & analytics choices

Optional website analytics helps Dock 10 Travel understand which public pages people visit and how visitors move toward advisor contact. You can use our website and planning tools without accepting analytics. Selecting Reject analytics is as available as selecting Accept analytics.

    Your choice comes first

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you accept analytics. We save your choice in your browser. Use Analytics choices at the bottom of any public page to change it. Withdrawal stops tracking, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site, and reloads the page without the tag. Changing your choice does not erase information Google has already received.

    What optional analytics measures

Analytics measures public page visits and supported planning milestones, such as beginning Matchmaker, displaying successful recommendations, choosing advisor follow-up and a confirmed saved contact request. It uses Google Analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Google also processes technical information associated with requests, such as browser and network information. We do not enable advertising personalization, Google Signals, Google Ads links or User-ID in this setup.

    What we exclude

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, chat messages, trip answers, notes, destination preferences or user-entered search terms as analytics parameters. Page addresses are restricted to known public routes. Fragments and arbitrary query values are removed; only recognized source and medium categories are retained for aggregate acquisition reporting. External referrers are reduced to their origin. Administrative, QA, Preview and automated test traffic are excluded.

    Analytics retention

The initial Google Analytics settings retain event data for two months and user data for fourteen months, with user retention resetting on new activity. These controls apply to the data covered by Google’s retention settings; they do not set a deletion period for every aggregate report or for advisor contact records.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices. This disclosure describes optional website measurement; requesting advisor assistance still uses the contact information you intentionally provide for that request.
