Karen leads Dock 10 Travel, a full-service travel agency based in St. Augustine, Florida, serving clients throughout the United States. Owner since 2015, she brings more than 50 ocean cruises and firsthand river-cruising experience since 2021 to her work.

Karen is part of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) community and a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). She has completed extensive professional training covering cruise lines, destinations, and different styles of travel.
